Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

At TIMEWORTH UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We sell genuine watches and take care to ensure that every item is accurately described and securely packaged before dispatch.

This policy explains our returns, refunds and warranty arrangements. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Under UK consumer law, when you purchase from us online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at [YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item to us within 14 days.

The watch must be returned safely and securely, together with all original packaging, boxes, paperwork, accessories and any other items supplied with the purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item where you are returning it because you have changed your mind, unless we have agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund if the item’s value has been reduced because it has been handled more than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process any refund due.

Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will normally issue it within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the original standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from the description provided on our website, please contact us as soon as possible at [YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Your statutory rights remain fully protected. Depending on the circumstances and the relevant legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

If an item is faulty and you are entitled to a refund or another remedy, TIMEWORTH UK will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate solution.

2-Year Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, watches purchased from TIMEWORTH UK include a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the watch and its normal operation during the warranty period.

The warranty does not normally cover:

  • Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse.
  • Scratches, dents or other cosmetic damage caused after delivery.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect or unauthorised modification or repair.
  • Damage caused by water or moisture where the watch has been used outside its stated water-resistance rating.
  • Normal depletion of consumable items such as batteries, unless the issue amounts to a manufacturing defect.
  • Loss, theft or damage caused after delivery that is not attributable to TIMEWORTH UK.

To make a warranty claim, contact [timeworthuk@gmail.com] with your order number, a description of the issue and any photographs or other information that may help us assess the problem.

We may ask for the watch to be returned for inspection.

Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the warranty and applicable consumer law. This may include repair, replacement or another appropriate solution.

The 2-year warranty provided by TIMEWORTH UK is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Authenticity

TIMEWORTH UK only sells watches represented by us as genuine and authentic branded products.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.

Where appropriate, watches may be supplied with original packaging, documentation and warranty materials as described in the individual product listing.

Exclusions and Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will apply.
